WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a low impact form of exercise designed to help improve core strength, muscle tone, posture and balance. It can also help improve flexibility & joint mobility and creates greater body awareness. Pilates utilises smooth deliberate movements and through the principles of; alignment, centring, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flow helps to tone and elongate your muscles. It is great for people who have back/posture problems. It is also great for relieving stress and tension.
