A gentle session combining stretching, trigger point release, and guided relaxation to help you de-stress and unwind. This class focuses on: ✔ Releasing muscle tightness and improving flexibility. ✔ Reducing stress and promoting relaxation. ✔ Supporting both physical and mental well-being. Ideal for anyone experiencing stiffness or muscle tightness, wanting to improve flexibility and relax. 🔹 Session Length: 20 minutes. 🔹 Location: Delivered face-to-face at The School, Great Harwood. 🔹 What To Bring: Your own mat (other equipment provided). Optional: blankets, cushions, or yoga blocks for extra support. 🔹 Footwear: Barefoot, socks, or suitable footwear (no skirts or dresses recommended). 🔹 Bronze Membership Required (to complete health & emergency contact forms before attending and access FREE Friday treats). 🚨 Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions.
