Back Care Courses

All back care courses are for 6 weeks with one live online 30 minute session at the start of the week.

These courses are only suitable for people with non-specific back pain. If you have been diagnosed with a condition that effects your back then please get in touch to see how we can help as this course may not be suitable.

Primary Back Care Course is also available pre-recorded via the Primary Back Care membership.

Condition Specific Programmes

Programmes are for 6 weeks and delivered via pre-recorded 30 minute videos on the website or 'Fit by Wix' app.

All programmes are tailored to a specific condition.

We currently do not have any live programmes.

Corporate

Classes can be delivered on site, depending on location, for a length of time that suits you or live online via zoom for 30 miutes.

We also offer the option of a dedicated login page for your comany so employees can view recordings of live online classes.

Hen Parties

We offer a variety of different class styles to suit your needs from bootcamps or circuits to kick start an energetic weekend or stretch and meditation for recovery at the end of your weekend.
