Flow
Pilates principle number 6.
Pilates exercises should be smooth, flowing and rhythmical.
The movements are continuous and they have no beginning and no end.
Each repetition flows into the next, nothing should be forced and the movements should not be strained or sharp.
The same amount of effort should be applied during all phases of the exercise.
Remember everything should blend seamlessly like a dance not exercise!
