On a more serious note back to school can be a stressful time because back to school doesn’t just effect your children/grandchildren/niblings it effects you as well. Back to school can often mean back to routine for the whole family even grandparents and Aunt and Uncles, especially if extra baby sitting has been required. Or it could even mean back to work if you are a teacher or work in a school.
Getting back into your routine can be difficult and certain things can slip to the bottom of your to do list, for instance getting back into regular exercise. You may feel that in the whirlwind of turning the house upside down to find lost homework, the school run, resuming after school activities and remembering to send in the money for the next school trip that you can’t fit it all in just yet.

All options enable you to fit your workout around your busy sechedule as you can choose the time and place that suits you best.
