Class Participants

Hi guys

Just for those not inside the challenge group. Classes are cancelled for one more week. I'm up and moving and doing the scholl run but need to give my back just a little more time to finish healing.

So sorry everyone

But I haven't even managed to do the school run this morning 😭 so I'm going to have to cancel class this evening. The doctor thinks it's just muscular and prescribed me some stronger painkillers so fingers crossed I will be back in action next week.

I will transfer everyones bookings.
